Requested Role from Bodyshop Contract : Project Manager for SAP Related Financial Solution Projects

Reporting Manager : Lead ERP Delivery & Optimization

Job Description

A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the ICT Project Management Methodology
  • Oversee end to end project management and execution of deliverables to deliver the identified solution/system
  • Establish detailed project plans for deliverables of business requirements as per modules and programs
  • Establish control, procedures, standards for governance
  • Review, confirm and validate scope of work (SOW) of the vendor as per contract document as signed between TNB and SI vendor as the baseline for the project scope
  • Manage project resources and collaborations between required parties
  • Establish RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Execute project status cadence and reports
  • Execute project as per plan to deliver project deliverables as expected by the Client and within timeline and cost
  • Apply opportunities for improvements in project management framework and solution implementation

Roles & Responsibility:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Have experience in system implementation related to SAP Financial Modules Projects or Change Requests
  • Have 3-5 years of experience being a project manager for system implementation
  • Have at least 2 Project Manager experience for implementing projects related to SAP Financial Modules
  • Overall experience of 10 years working in IT / System Implementation / System Business Operation Support in the areas of material management and asset management



  1. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
  2. SAP FM Modules Certified
  3. PMP Certified
  4. Have spent some years working with SAP FM Modules as system support


Professional Skill Requirements:


  1. End to end project management according to industry standard framework and related work requirements
  2. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various parties, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
  3. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  4. A working knowledge of warehouse management business processes and the ability to assess and validate proposed improved business processes
  5. An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business related environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be.
  6. The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
  7. An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
  8. Capability and experience in managing Vendors/Third Party System Implementers/Contracted parties in executing deliverables
  9. Capability to produce status reports suitable for Top Management Updates
