Job Description:

A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities:
• Provide excellent support to the users, issue diagnostics, analysis and solutions to the issues
• Ensure support tickets are properly resolved and closed in a timely manner as per the service level agreement
• Drive business requirements gathering and gap analysis via conducting workshops/meeting, assessment of operational processes and analyzing how it can be implemented within SAP
• Deliver Business Requirement Document, Functional Design documentation, test plan and coordinate UAT with the Business
• Manage GRC Request approval as per service level agreement
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal design matching business requirements
• Keep close communication with ABAP development team
• Proactively identify potential improvements and propose solution that contribute to overall efficiency gains
• Provide assistance on non-SAP applications for Projects or operational support
• Responsible for leading, managing and maintaining SAP MM Module which includes:
o Maintenance organization structure
o Maintenance master data structure
o System configuration
o Review Functional Specifications for projects
o Roles Management
o Material Management interface with non-SAP systems

Roles & Responsibility:

System Enhancement Process
• Prepare and verify requirements - scope of work, business requirements and project integration requirements
• Prepare, verify and validate functional documents
• Validate deliverables - functional & non-functional requirements (security assessment, performance stress test and etc)
• Prepare and verify test cases
• Prepare and validate the test results
• Perform functional and non-functional work related to the enhancement
• Prepare, verify and validate the completeness of training manual and system support documentation
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in SAP MM module
• Experience in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP MM module and related sub modules (Inventory Management, Quality Management, Procurement, Invoice Verifications)
• University Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Possess strong functional knowledge in configuration and designing SAP solution in MM and basic functional knowledge in SAP modules Project System, Plant Maintenance, Finance, SCMs and Fiori
• Extensive work experience on diverse environments having multiple interfaces with SAP
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
• Able to design processes/sub-processes and anticipate the implications of those designs
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical and external consulting teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
• Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry
• Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude
• Excellent analytical thinking, good skills in problem identification and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability in gathering business process details and identify solution requirements.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes. Capable of analyzing a process.
