Job Description:
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT project management across multiple process areas for large complex organisations.
- Significant experience of leading large complex projects;
- Project Management and Team Leadership experience
- In depth knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology. Knowledge and experience of Agile methods also very useful;
- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills

To engage project stakeholders for project updates and alignment. |

Project Scoping, Planning & Progress |
To strategically plan for project execution as a whole. |

Project Technical Information & Deployment Procedures |
To understand project’s technical information related to the product/software use & go through the deployment as well as support procedures in detail. |

Project Governance & Documentations |
To ensure project governance systems & documentations are followed. |

5 |
Committee Approvals & PIC Meeting |
To organize project meetings/ discussions and seek approval from any relevant committee. |

6 |
Project Payment |
Making payment and ensure budget is fully utilized. |
