Job Description:

Requirements:

Specialize in SAP BASIS/Netweaver and Database administration with more than 7 years’ and above experiences.
Involved in several SAP implementations and technical upgrade projects. Involved in at least 2 cycle of SAP implementation.

Roles & Responsibility:

Monitoring of SAP systems and Databases
Knowledge of SAP component systems like S/4 HANA/ECC/EP/PI/GW/SolMan/Netweaver
Perform troubleshooting and resolve system related issues, perform bug fixing to resolve the root cause of the problem.
Conduct system study and analysis with minimum supervision.
Day to day ERP system monitoring and message answering.
Assist development team in unit testing by creating test plan and prepare test data as well as provide UAT support before migration to production environment.
Prepare and update system and process documentation.
Managing incidents, problems and change requests.
User account maintenance and review according to compliance guidelines.
Advising Sales team on the Basis related proposal
Liaise with OSS on specific issues
Perform notes installation, kernel upgrades, SAP installations, and others SAP related installations
